Email supportThe Order Code consists of the device series identifier (SYMAP®-R), product type (variants like FI, MI, 87M, TI) and a sequence of alphanumeric positions separated by dashes. Each position describes one configuration option (CT, PT, communication, etc.).
Some positions have conditional restrictions, for example, certain CT options are available only for specific product types. The Configurator shows only valid options for the selected product type. If you need a combination not shown, contact our sales team, we will verify feasibility.
SYMAP®R is a retrofit solution supplied and configured exclusively from the Head Office of stuckeGROUP, Hamburg. Each retrofit requires verification of compatibility with the original HIMAP device and the existing wiring, which is performed by the service and engineering team in Hamburg.

The exact part number of the SYMAP®R retrofit module is generated according to the confirmed original HIMAP configuration.
