Stucke Elektronik Balkan d.o.o. (hereinafter: Controller, we, us) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to the stuckegroup.rs website, users of contact forms, job applicants, business partners, customers and other natural persons whose data we process in the course of business communication.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purposes we use it, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, to whom we may disclose it and what rights you have under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 87/2018, hereinafter: ZZPL).
The Policy is prepared in accordance with ZZPL, taking into account GDPR standards relevant to Stucke Elektronik GmbH (Head Office of stuckeGROUP) and international data exchange within stuckeGROUP.

We do not sell data to third parties and do not share it for their marketing purposes.
Transfer of data to Stucke Elektronik GmbH (Head Office of stuckeGROUP) in Germany takes place under the cooperation agreement within stuckeGROUP, only when necessary for technical support, quotation preparation, service, contract execution or other legitimate business purposes. The transfer is carried out with appropriate legal basis and safeguards in accordance with ZZPL and relevant GDPR rules applicable to the recipient in Germany.
If we use processors outside the Republic of Serbia or the European Economic Area, the legal basis and safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements, are applied in accordance with ZZPL.
